From time to time ATMC must perform maintenance in order to repair, maintain or upgrade its network. We try to limit the impact this maintenance has on customers by scheduling the work during overnight maintenance windows between the hours of 1 AM and 5 AM.

Maintenance Alerts

May 4th & 6th: ATMC will be conducting network maintenance in the early hours of Tuesday morning, May 4th, and Thursday morning, May 6th. Maintenance each night will begin at 1 AM and could last through 5 AM. This maintenance will impact customers in select areas of Bolivia, Calabash, Holden Beach, Seaside, Shallotte and Waccamaw who receive telephone, high speed internet and/or cable TV service over ATMC’s coaxial cable TV network (customers served by fiber optics will not be impacted). During this time, customers may experience brief interruptions which could last up to 15 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

May 11th: ATMC will be conducting network maintenance in the early hours of Tuesday morning, May 11th. Maintenance that night will begin at 1 AM and could last through 5 AM. This maintenance will impact customers in select areas of Bolivia, Calabash, Holden Beach, Seaside, Shallotte and Waccamaw who receive telephone, high speed internet and/or cable TV service over ATMC’s coaxial cable TV network (customers served by fiber optics will not be impacted). May 10th through 18th: ATMC will be working to upgrade its network in the Seaside area. Work will take place each night between 1 AM and 5 AM. Services impacted will include Cable TV, telephone service, and Internet service. Each customer should be impacted only one night in the eight night period, and that interruption should be no more than 1.5 hours. We apologize for this inconvenience.
