Help us to Help you! We understand that configuring your computer to dial the Internet can be a trying experience, so to help you better we do need some important information when you contact our help desk. Please have the following information available:
  • Your Username
  • Your Password
  • The operating system used on your computer
  • The make, model and speed of your modem
  • The Software you are having problems with
  • The full error message given when the problem occurred

The following information is also helpful

  • Any task reference number if this is in relation to another call
  • Any special circumstances surrounding the error (e.g.. Just installed new software or hardware)
  • Any initialization strings or configuration changes you have made to the modem in the past
* Your username is your ATMC email address. For example, johndoe@atmc.net, "johndoe" being your username with the "@atmc.net" extension appended at the end.

Please make sure that the solution to the problem you are having is not available on our help pages. We have made those for you to use. You will find that the instructions are easy to follow and solve most of the problems associated with configuration of software and modem problems.

Once you are connected we ask you to check our extensive help pages before you call our Technical Support Hotline. We have made the help pages for you to use. You will find that the instructions are easy to follow and solve most of the problems associated with configuration of software.
